Discussion re SIG goals
- Should add to SIG goals the need to standardize vendor asks
- How do you provide local services for districts for services that are losing staffing?
- How to meet demand for staffing – 2-3 year ramp up? How to develop that pipeline?
- We are not going enough into the vendor implementation details – Alliance and community need to get more practical about the work of SIS integration
- RFP goals are not attuned to details of what it takes to succeed – is it possible to do this more in partnership with vendors?
