Discussion re SIG goals
Should add to SIG goals the need to standardize vendor asks
How do you provide local services for districts for services that are losing staffing?
How to meet demand for staffing – 2-3 year ramp up? How to develop that pipeline?
We are not going enough into the vendor implementation details – Alliance and community need to get more practical about the work of SIS integration
RFP goals are not attuned to details of what it takes to succeed – is it possible to do this more in partnership with vendors?
