  • Removed:

    • Quote column, seemed unnecessary and hard to come up with at this point.

    • Professional Goals, none of the personas had this provided so far and did not seem to add relevant information to the description.

  • Added:

    • Key Tasks: In case the job description does not capture key tasks that might give additional insight into their main activities.

    • Attitude towards technology: Seemed relevant and useful as we discuss possible ways to share information.

    • Columns in worksheet have a note to describe what the information is conveying. Feel free to edit/add more descriptive info if needed.

  • This is a mail merge, for those like me that might prefer to review as a document instead of the worksheet. Will generate an updated set once we do another edit pass and add the missing info on the two new fields.

  • Edits should be done on the worksheet, comments on the format can be done on the document itself or on the template. If you don't like how the document looks let me know, it is easy to update the template and run the merge again.

Moved milestone deadline to accommodate slower participation this month. We are making good progress and will engage the rest of the group for a review of our personas but we are a bit behind.
