Generation - StudentProgram Interchange Data

This section outlines the StudentProgram Interchange generation rules.

Input & Precursors

Standard configuration file, which includes a SchoolProfile. Also depends on EducationOrganization (Programs) data.

Interchange-StudentProgram.xsd contains the following entities:

StudentProgramAssociation	StudentReference	Reference to a Student that will be associated with a given program
	BeginDate	Always the beginning of the school calendar year
	EndDateSpecified	Always false
	EducationOrganizationReference	Reference to previously generated EducationOrganization entity for the Local Education Agency that owns the program
	ProgramReference	Reference to previously generated Program to which the student will be associated	At present, English As A Second Language (ESL) is the only program that will be assigned for students whose primary language is something other than English.
