• Updates on visualization projects the RVWG is tracking

  • Update and demo of the “Dashboard replacement project – Phase 2”

    • ESP gave overview of GraphQL API and Metrics and demo on authentication 

    • Documentation available from Ed-Fi Alliance for implementation and technical description.

    • There was initial concern about performance before using local materialized views, but end result for 34 metrics showed no performance issue 

  • Update on Indiana INsite's dashboard and roll out

    • INsite showed video to demo Early Warning dashboard deployed at Grand Bend ISD

      • District level risk value calculation

      • School level view breaks down by grade, building, subject, student demographics, and individual student

      • 3 districts in production

      • Updating use for ODS standard version 3.2 by mid-April

    • Documentation to be published

    • Analytics for risk factors - districts can revise weighing 

    • INSite dashboard can be shared easily but won’t be available on the exchange until the end of the year after all of Indiana’s roll outs

• Overview and discussion on RVWG initiatives compiled from the prior two meetings

    • Begin to focus on RVWG Charter Future Phases
