Tools roadmap and Multi-tenancy

  • the product owner gave an overview of recent and planned work

  • Feedback: this work is mostly multi-instance, also looking at multi-tenancy, not just multi-instance support. Product owner will capture tickets on that.

  • Will convene a meeting on this topic of multi-instance, multi-tenancy if there is interest.

Data Out

  • Reviewed the discussion points of the TAG Meeting 2020-08-10 - Subgroup on Data Out

  • Some lack of clarity on the precise and best supports are for LEA data usage

  • Seems to make sense that datamarts are the way to go rather than direct reporting against the ODS. , but could be skewed by the TAG member experience (many collaboratives).

  • Possibly something to survey the community? May just have to wait to see how this evolves in field work?

TAG member proposals/thoughts

  • could produce clearer guidance on limits to LEA requests for “local” data from the SIS

  • better developer support for collaboratives – i.e. local norms, etc. e.g. possibly a way to build these into Swagger or just best practices
