Tracking early departures as well as tardies.

Use case needs a bit more detail and definition. Mainly:

  1. What is the essential question.
  2. Who are the actors?
  3. Do all actors need the same info for attendance?
  4. Current vs. Future state 
  5. What systems would be involved? If for example teachers are already tracking attendance in other systems, what would be the value add of a reporting offering that they are not currently getting?
