Background
The RVWG charter requires that 1-2 priority use cases, the main goal of this task is to gather as potential use cases to review and prioritize within the group, while also reaching out to the community via survey/poll to see if any additional use case not considered are submitted by the community.

Below is a list of questions to be addressed as a result of this requirements document:
