The Texas Education Agency (TEA) will be sharing their implementation journey for launching their educator preparation programs (EPPs) facing Insights to Impact dashboards , sourced from Ed-Fi’s Educator Preparation Data Model (EPDM). With the launch of the dashboards, EPPs now have insights about their candidate’s employment and retention, certification type, program diversity, preparedness, and growth/achievement of the students taught by teachers early in their career. TEA will also provide a demo of the dashboards and discuss the next phases of this work.
