- Standardization vs self-service are in tension
- De-emphasize data standard in favor of API standards; conceptual model is not helpful
- Need to dig into this more – need to think carefully about API interfaces

- Did this include breaking down into composites? No - this dis not include development of new custom APIs
- Did this include breaking API at an implementation level? Yes this is in scope – attendance may need to scale differently.
