Extensions would need to be published as a NuGet package in an appropriate feed, at least in the current design
Open API specification (which we don't have yet), not just the raw MetaEd files
Superclass handling in Meadowlark assumes that a class's superclass is in the same project. In other words, it might not handle well if an extension has an EdOrg-type subclass
