         1. In April, TEA launched EPP Insight to Impact dashboard
         2. Working on creating useful dashboard by August/September to provide info on professional certificates, not just teachers
         3. Scoping additional project to further critical experience
      2. James
         1. Starting to look at K12 data, sharing school responsibility
         2. Using internal SIS dashboard to talk about candidate gap, certification gap, and campus staff
      3. Scott
         1. About to implement our ?? dashboard in some districts as pilots
         2. identifying/forecasting vacancies
   2. Ed-Fi Updates (Validation tool; Clinical Experience Observation Tool)
      1. Ensure sustainability of starter kit cohort

3. EPDM – Certification Domain Field Research
   1. Data Import Exception Report
      1. Errors surfaced after implementation was complete
         1. Power BI report hooked directly to Data Import
         2. Allows program users who don’t have access to the server to see the data import exception and not rely on central IT for solution
      2. Stater kit has guidance for error reported
   2. Evaluation Tracking Application
      1. Evaluation score data for actual clinical evaluation not readily available
      2. Developed Evaluation Tracking Application - POC by intern at UT Austin
      3. James - need to make data standard, good to have exception report for missing data fields
         1. Steven - not in first round of POC
      4. James - Consideration to include  length of evaluation

         1. What are you envisioning for security?
            1. Steven - for POC, we may not have log in security at beginning; most likely will be a log in username and password
         2. Data mapping
            1. Steven - will build all models for you to see in the starter kit

      1. Understand where data gaps are?
      2. How will the data change the current process?
   2. Mark - We're doing some work getting LEA use cases and EQs here
