Workgroup Goals

  • Gather input to prioritize features and refine the application design, ensuring alignment with early adopter needs.

  • Provide an opportunity for workgroup members to actively contribute by participating in hands-on testing, helping to identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement. Your feedback will directly shape the final product.

  • Collaborate to ensure the development achieves a stable release candidate and reaches a 1.0 release by the end of the year.

Review the roadmap

  • Focus areas for upcoming release candidate

    • Custom Extension support and EPDM extension out of the box

    • Authorization - Namespace based and relationship based auth family

    • Authorization metadata and claim set management in the CMS

    • Additional Automated Tests

  • What is not in release candidate

    • No SQL Server support

    • No instance management/tenant management

    • No change query

 

Meeting notes:

  • Working demonstration of:

    • Identity Provider Integration

    • Obtain JWT token using keyclock

    • Inspect JWT

    • Use token in API resource access

  • Questions:

    • Do we need Custom Extension support and EPDM extension by release candidate?

      • WG recommendation is Yes.

    • Is there plan for Identity API implementation

      • Yes, but not included in the release candidate.
