Make inal data model recommendations and review of final data model.

The main topic was how to model the program domain, and whether to extend this by convention or to use subclassing. In the end subclassing was seen as the best option in order to limit the number of entities created and due to the advantages of subclassing in general. This is essentially continuing the current Suite 3 pattern.

Other refinements to the model, such as making Program a more robust entity, were also discussed and those changes are reflected in the final model.
