Persona Info	Itzel Torres	What type of information is relevant to the user experience we are trying to capture? Biography - Removed, too long will capture their preferences in the challenge, motivators and where they get their information column. Age - Removed, we will use experience and their preferences as better indicators of tech use and preferences. Are we missing anything else? Resources column: Instead of using Location (Urban, Suburban, etc.) as a potential indicator of resources we will add a resource column to capture as High, Med, Low. Resources includes: Skilled workforce availability, funding, special services... what else?
Next Steps	Itzel Torres	Created a folder to share working personas with the group https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Bort422cPCqMpUPCrdH2nI8337-DiS5Q Will do one more edit pass to the current personas: Add missing relevant detail to the job description Assign a level of resource availability to that role/person Look for gaps in user representation, we should have roles with high and low resource combinations so we can capture a broader spectrum of needs.
