API Specs for SIS Systems

  • Key unification was discussed as likely something that should be in the standard, as it is reflected in the UDM and also has been a core API principle for a while.

Assessment goals and mappings from CELT

  • One member noted in their observation that one issue they face is capturing expectations on student performance levels. In other words, if a 4th grader and a 2nd grader take the same assessment and both score at a 3rd grade level, that is potentially a warning sign for the 4th grader but not for the second grader.

Data Migration

  • No objections to this path raised.
  • Tooling like RedGate was mentioned as a possible service that could be offered to help agencies plan migration paths.
