Discussion

EDFI-375 PR

  • TC build failure due to a failed integration test of CR/NL discrepancy that is not reproducible locally - Stephen is aware and working separately

  • Access to Team City server (Jason working on it)

  • PR is reviewed and merged. Lee to follow up with Stephen on timeline to resolve above issues.

Bug found by Alex:

  • I found a bug in Section Details in Data Browser. Please see the screenshot below. Data Import crashes if a section does not have EducationalEnvironmentDescriptor which is an optional field in ODS. The fix seems to be straightforward - show an empty string if descriptor is null. Should I proceed with the change in the scope of EDFI-392 or do you want me to create a new issue for that first and then prioritize it?

  • The team determined Alex will implement his proposed fix, and that the issue is minor enough that it does not require a corresponding bug ticket.

Blockers

  • Unblocked: EDFI-392: Chris' comment about not supporting extensions

  • UnblockedEDFI-393: Finalize metadata warning - resolved

  • Unblocked: EDFI-394

  • UnblockedEDFI-395: Nullability of Agents.Name

  • Blocked - Pending input from Patrick: EDFI-396: Bootstrap data needs to be associated with API version

    • Gary will add his comments / proposed solution to the issue in the ticket and design document for discussion with Patrick when he returns next week. Lee to schedule meeting

  • Gary and Alex now have edit access to the DI multi connection design page and Gary has made the below changes:

    • Data model should refer to ApiServers rather than ApiConnections (see EDFI-406)
