Patrick and Gary reviewed and closed all open items on the DI muliticonnection design document. The updated version in Tech Docs and resulting user stories in Tracker are linked in Reference Material below.
Meet Alex / set expectations for collaborating / planning for sprint 1
Alex is available starting at 3AM CT and is 50% allocated to the project
The team will operate on a two week sprint, with a once weekly check-in between Jason, Lee, Gary, and Alex to discuss the team’s progress, blockers, and next steps. If a more regular meeting is needed as development increases Lee will schedule it. Sprint 1 is anticipated to start following next-week's check-in on 9/1
Alex has access to Tracker and will be updating his DI-related stories there as he makes progress
Gary and Alex will work together to assign estimates to and prioritize the stories in Data Import multiple connection support epic, and Gary will develop an approximate timeline for delivery. The team will discuss all of this at the next check-in.
