Problem

The source data standard is properly formatted in Excel and now needs to be loaded into MappingEDU.

Solution

Use the Upload Definition feature to upload the source data standard into MappingEDU.

Discussion

Once the data is properly formatted, the data standard may be uploaded directly into MappingEDU, saving the user from manually entering the details of the data standard.

From the Actions tab of the source data standard, click Upload Definition.

Click Choose File, select the properly formatted Excel file containing the source data standard data, and click Open.

Click Upload Definition.

When the upload is complete, click Close.
