Overview
This is the first, typically internal, meeting to formally begin course development.
Description
This meeting is for the Academy Lead and the internal Academy team to discuss the proposed course and document a course overview for the content development. The Academy Lead typically sets the scope of the course, ensures connections to current and future courses, and proposes the course details such as audience, technology level, and similar.
This internal process is intended to provide clarity and boundaries for the Content Team, not to constrain the course development. Typically, the Content Team (primarily the Content Lead and the Content Champion) will refine the course details in the Startup Meeting that follows this session.
