Extension Support
- Extensions would need to be published as a NuGet package in an appropriate feed, at least in the current design
- Open API specification (which we don't have yet), not just the raw MetaEd files
- Superclass handling in Meadowlark assumes that a class's superclass is in the same project. In other words, it might not handle well if an extension has an EdOrg-type subclass
