Course Templates & Examples

Video Progression courses are built from one of the templates below:

VP 01. Hosted Sequence with Introduction

This video sequence style is introduced and led by an on-camera or voiceover host. All segments of the course are led by the same host. The courses typically open with an Ed-Fi Academy title card and the host providing a course overview.

Occasionally, these courses will contain a video produced separately from the primary course content. In those cases, the host will make clear the student is being presented with additional material.

VP 02. Composite Material Course

This video sequence style wraps and strings together existing material to form a logical course. The course is minimally introduced with an opening segment providing a course overview, with voiceover setting expectations about the potpourri of material to come. (E.g., Voiceover saying, “We’ve collected material from a number of sources to walk you through this complex topic...”)
