This is the 4th Tech Congress and will be held April 20-22 in San Diego. The tier 1 work groups will convene during the main session. The GAT will convene also, likely during breakfast, which the group expressed support for. See Event Details and Proposed Sessions for more information.
Governance Updates

- The 2 RFCs previously reviewed with the GAT were approved using the new voting process. See Promotion of RFC 15 to a standard and Promotion of RFC 16 to a standard.
- The Internationalization Work Group (IWG) is the newest tier 1 governance work group to be formed, and the charter had been approved. A chair and co-chair are to be identified.
