This documentation serves as an introduction to the features and significant changes made for the Ed-Fi ODS / API v2.6. 

The v2.6 release is a feature release, there are no breaking data standard changes accompanying this release. This release is aligned to the Ed-Fi Data Standard v2.2. 

Audience

This documentation is for technical professionals who work with educational data, including business analysts, database administrators, and software developers.

Prerequisites

The Ed-Fi ODS / API technology is free to license and use. Access to the Ed-Fi repository on GitHub is required to download the Ed-Fi ODS / API technical material. Click here for more information.
