Step 1. Install and Configure Windows Components

Verify that the following Windows components are installed and configured:

• .NET 4.5 Framework (full install, included with Visual Studio 2013), see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/5a4x27ek(v=vs.110).aspx
• IIS Express (included with Visual Studio 2013)
• PowerShell 3.0 (included with the Windows Management Framework 3.0), see http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34595
• Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) (Windows feature included in all versions of Windows 7/8 and Windows Server 2008+)
