In other words, the InterventionPrescription entity is the noun and the Intervention entity is the verb.
The effectiveness of an intervention for a given student is captured in the StudentInterventionAssociation entity.
Interventions can be tied to a Cohort entity, but only through the StudentInterventionAssociation entity.
Interventions may be one-time actions or recurring actions over time.
Interventions typically have assigned staff.
