Ed-Fi Extension of Model to support Immunizations

Description

The Texas Education Exchange is working on a product to transfer student records from one district to another. Part of the information that research indicates that districts would like to transfer is immunization records. Currently, the Ed-Fi standard does not support this. This request is an ask to extend the model to support student immunization information.

When Data Standard team started working on the student immunization record we have revisit with all Ed-Fi community members who we were informed as an interested party for such an update in the DS model. However,  we were unable to get approved any such interest from the party indicated in this ticket. We have created Epic to track the Student Immunization record related updates to the DS model this year. Because of these reasons, I am closing this ticket.
