Data Management Service Platform

The Ed-Fi blog post New Cloud-Native Functionality Coming to the Ed-Fi Alliance Technology Suite introduced a piece of software under active development, the Ed-Fi Data Management Service. Eventually, this software will replace the Ed-Fi ODS/API Platform.

The “Data Management Service Platform” refers to the suite of applications that work together to support the Ed-Fi Resources API and other API definitions, including:

• The Data Management Service itself,

• The DMS Configuration Service,

• … and potentially other services in the future.
