Rename Managed ODS API Platform Badge to Managed Service Provider Badge

The Managed ODS/API Platform Badge will be renamed to the Managed Service Provider Badge.

Why the change?

This change is driven by several factors. Primarily, it more accurately reflects the comprehensive scope of services offered by these service provider partners and avoids emphasizing ODS usage. Importantly, this revision aligns with terminology already in use within the education community, particularly among education agencies. The term "Managed Service Provider" has wider market appeal and is a well-recognized industry standard. This renaming aims to enhance clarity, improve market positioning, and better represent the value proposition of certified partners within the Ed-Fi community.
