- TC build failure due to a failed integration test of CR/NL discrepancy that is not reproducible locally - Stephen is aware and working separately

Bug found by Alex:
I found a bug in Section Details in Data Browser. Please see the screenshot below. Data Import crashes if a section does not have EducationalEnvironmentDescriptor which is an optional field in ODS. The fix seems to be straightforward - show an empty string if descriptor is null. Should I proceed with the change in the scope of EDFI-392 or do you want me to create a new issue for that first and then prioritize it?
