First paragraph usually describes what this page is about, and is separated from the first Header 1 by a horizontal rule.

Another Top-Level Header

Subsequent H1s usually don't have a horizontal rule, though it's okay to add them if it helps with the layout (e.g., on a very long page).

A Subhead Which is in Title Case

Like the title says, keep headers in Title Case.

Even if the page doesn't have a sidebar, keep the two-column section – it helps keep the site consistent.
