Updates in API Publisher v1.0 (Latest Release)

Prepare for the production release and Ed-Fi support for API Publisher v1.0 and including the following tickets into this release:

  • APIPUB-1 - Switching API Publisher from log4net to Serilog to match Ed-Fi standards 

  • APIPUB-2 - Creating a Docker image for API Publisher 

  • APIPUB-7 - Updating user-agent header '.NET/6.0 Ed-Fi-API-Publisher/<version> 

  • APIPUB-11 - Change Version Window stepping to API Publisher
