Assessments

Would like to be able to enter locally collected assessment data.

Use case needs a bit more detail and definition. Mainly:

1. What is the essential question.
2. Who are the actors
3. Current vs. Future state 
4. Is there a list of assessment categories that would have different use cases?

Assessments

Some way to show growth over time. Our state test has an established growth score, but any assessment should be able to be visualized over time.
